HII gives a physical item a private way for someone to reach its owner. We route messages. We are not a courier, an insurer, or a recovery service, and we cannot guarantee that a lost item comes back.

Do not use HII to harass anyone, to send spam, or to impersonate someone else. Do not tag an item you do not own or manage. We block sessions and accounts that do these things.

If you scan a tag and message an owner, you are choosing to make contact. Anything you type or attach is sent to that owner. Do not share your own contact details unless you want the owner to have them.

Prices are shown before you pay and charged through Razorpay. HII Lifetime covers messaging, lost mode and the HII identity for one specific item, for as long as HII operates. It does not include unlimited anonymous phone calls, which cost money per minute and are part of HII Pro with a stated allowance.

Physical tags can be returned unused within 7 days. Digital plans are refundable within 7 days if the item has had no conversations.

We aim to keep HII running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If HII were ever to shut down, we would give notice and let you export your data.

The emergency option on a HII page notifies the owner urgently. It is not a replacement for emergency services. If someone is in danger, call the emergency services first.

If these terms change materially, we will tell registered users before the change takes effect.
